What this site is

The site describes veyronlabs services, platforms and example projects. Pages, diagrams and feature lists are an overview of how we work. They are not an offer, a quote or a promise that a particular module, chain or timeline is available for your product.

Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or trading advice. Decentralized finance products can lose value, and launching one is your decision. We do not custody assets, operate your protocol or hold your users’ funds through this website.

Engagements

A conversation, a contact-form note or a footer signup does not hire veyronlabs and does not reserve a team. An engagement begins when both sides confirm the work in writing, including what will be built, who owns the result, how fees are paid and how either side can stop.

Until that writing exists, either side may decline or pause. If a written agreement and these website terms ever conflict, the written agreement controls the engagement. These terms still cover use of the public site.

Platforms and examples

Swap, Bridge, Wallet, Yield, Lending and Startup support are descriptions of building blocks we can adapt for a client. Viewing them does not grant a license to source code, deployed contracts, infrastructure or trademarks. Example projects on the site show the kind of work we do. They are not a commitment to reproduce that result.

Testimonials

Testimonials on this site are illustrative examples. They are not quotes from named customers. Do not treat them as reviews, case-study metrics or endorsements.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, visuals, name and logo belong to veyronlabs or its licensors. You may read and share links to public pages. You may not copy the site into another product, remove credits, or use the veyronlabs name in a way that suggests we built, audited or endorsed your protocol unless we have agreed to that in writing.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. That includes attempting to break, probe or overload it, submitting someone else’s personal information without a reason to contact us, or using the pages to promote fraud, undisclosed token sales or other unlawful activity. We may block access that does this.

The site is provided as is

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that every page is complete, current or free of interruption. To the extent the law allows, veyronlabs is not liable for losses that come from using the public site, relying on its general descriptions, or following links to third-party services. Liability for paid work is set in the engagement agreement, not here.

Privacy and changes

How we handle information submitted on the site is described in the privacy policy. We may update these terms as the site changes. The date above shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
